Pricing

Quilting:

1. Large scale hand-guided or edge-to-edge quilting (meander, loops) $.015 per square inch

2. Medium density hand-guided or edge-to-edge designs (stars, hearts, leaves, circles) $.02 per square inch

3. Very dense hand-guided or edge-to-edge designs (flags, floral with vines, pictograph like animals, objects) $.03 per square inch

4. Light custom quilting: ruler work, feathers, grids, echoing $.04 per square inch

5. Dense custom quilting, more complicated precision detailed work, intricate border designs $.05 – $.06 per square inch

Binding: (Prepared by customer)

Machine stitch to front at $.15 per linear inch Machine stitch to front, machine stitch on back at $.25 per linear inch Machine stitch to front, hand stitch to back at $.30 per linear inch 

Labels: Printed Iron-on labels – $5.00 – 10.00

Preparing Your Quilt Top

• Press all your seams flat on your quilt top.
• Trim all loose threads.
• Make sure your quilt and borders are squared and flat.
• Do not pin, baste or spray glue on quilt top.
• Measure width and length of quilt top. Multiply these two numbers together to get square inches.
• If there is a definite top to the quilt and the backing, please mark it as such with a safety-pinned note.
• If you are providing batting and/or backing, please make sure these are 6”-8” longer and wider than your quilt top.
